• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns aimed at the Jen Z demographic, including social media, email, influencer partnerships, and other digital marketing channels.
  
• Conduct market research to gain insights into the preferences, behaviors, and trends of the Jen Z generation.
  
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging marketing collateral, including visuals, videos, and written content.
  
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
  
• Stay updated on the latest trends and platforms relevant to the Jen Z audience, and provide insights for campaign optimization.
  
• Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with the Jen Z community through comments, messages, and other interactions.
  
• Support the coordination of events, promotions, and partnerships targeted towards the Jen Z demographic.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of the Jen Z demographic, including their preferences, values, and online behaviors.
  
• Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and explore innovative marketing strategies.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different marketing channels.
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive marketing insights.
  
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
