Job description

Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive, you will support the marketing team in key tasks focused on social media management, content creation, graphic design, EDM, etc. You will help execute marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms for Singapore and Malaysia, and specific focus on growing brand awareness and expanding the member database in Malaysia.


WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH

  • Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, content, and managing email lists.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Assist in daily tasks across various social media platforms, including content scheduling, creation, and copywriting.
  • Design graphics and create video content for social media, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and visual identity.
  • Stay informed on social media trends and tools to enhance engagement and innovation.
  • Create visually engaging content, including images, infographics, and videos, for use across marketing channels.
  • Assist in identify and collaborate with KOL, influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand awareness and grow the member database in Malaysia.
  • Research and recommend partnership opportunities or marketing strategies to expand the brand’s presence in Malaysia.
  • Provide ongoing support to the marketing team for various campaigns and projects as needed.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.


WHAT IT TAKES

Minimum Diploma/ University graduate in Marketing or relevant discipline;

Min 2-year marketing experience

Well versed in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other MKT design tools

Familiar with Social Media platform such as Instagram, Meta, Little Red Book, Tiktok, etc

Knowledge in Shopify, Quicksight, Klaviyo would be an advantage

Good media relationship & communication skills

Good command of written and spoken English
