Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
9am to 6pm Miami, Florida, USA, Eastern time (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila TIme) with 1-hour unpaid break


Key Responsibilities: 


As a Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring social media platforms, customer interactions, and online reviews across multiple channels: 

 

Social Media Management: 


  • Respond to Facebook and Instagram Messenger for our 4 brands
  • Monitor and respond to comments on Facebook and Instagram Paid Ads for our 4 brands
  • Review and respond to comments on 1 of our brands: 
  • X (Twitter) page 
  • Pinterest page 
  • TikTok page 
  • Instagram page 
  • LinkedIn page (including reposting content and engaging with followers) 
  • Invite people who engage with our ads to like our Facebook page 

Review Monitoring: 


  • Check and respond to reviews on: 
  • Google Reviews 
  • TrustPilot 
  • Better Business Bureau (BBB) 


Community Engagement & Moderation: 

  • Monitor Reddit comments related to Ricoma and engage with the community 
  • Approve Our Users Official and Embroidery & Printing Business Help requests 
  • Monitor moderators' activity log for quality assurance 


Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms 
  • Strong written and communication skills 
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple accounts 
  • Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus 
  • Ability to engage with followers in a timely and professional manner 
  • Experience with customer service is a bonus
