This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00 PM Mountain Time (11:00PM - 8:00AM Manila Time)
○ Interact directly with Company's Pros to ensure timely dispatch and high-quality
service.
○ Ensure timely and effective responses to customer service inquiries while
coordinating with Pros to ensure a customer positive experience.
○ Troubleshoot and assist in resolving customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
○ In coordination with Company's CSR team, manage customer accounts including
information updates, scheduling and service modifications.
○ Manage Company's Pro accounts, including information updates, scheduling and
monthly payouts.
○ Maintain accurate records of orders and service schedules.
○ Build strong relationships with Pros by providing consistent communication and
support.
○ Actively collect feedback to improve pro retention, customer loyalty, and service
quality.
○ Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and work towards solutions.
○ Handle service disputes or challenges in coordination with the Operations team.
○ Share insights and feedback from Pros and customers to improve operational
workflows.
○ Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and
customer experience.
