THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking experienced professionals in health coaching, wellness coaching, integrative health, holistic practice, and related fields to join Wellhub’s mission of promoting holistic health and longevity. Whether you’re a certified health coach, lifestyle coach, wellness practitioner, or other health and wellness specialist, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

You will work with clients to develop personalized action plans, leveraging biometric screenings and helping them uncover their unique strengths, motivations, and skills for sustainable change.

Through video conferencing and our web platform, you’ll provide tailored support with excellent verbal and written communication. Additionally, you’ll develop a strong understanding of our ecosystem to deliver an even more personalized and effective wellness experience.

Coaches using Wellhub are independent contractors who work on their own schedule with flexible hours. All Coaches must meet certain requirements to work with Wellhub depending on where you will provide services. Nothing in this listing shall in any way be construed to constitute any Coach as an agent, employee or representative of Wellhub.

YOUR IMPACT

Engage with clients via video calls and asynchronous chat check-ins.
Review recommended lifestyle suggestions from lab work partner to guide goal setting with clients.
Collaborate with clients to establish personalized action plans and evidence-based goals.
Empower clients to take an active role in their health journey and overcome barriers to health and wellness.
Provide feedback to support the growth and development of our health coaching program.
Participate in a Health Coaching Forum through our internal platform (Circle)

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelors Degree
Valid Health and/or Wellness Coach Certification with a preference for certifications recognized by the following institutions:

National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBH-WC)
The Health Coach Alliance (HCA)
National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC)

A safe secure location with reliable internet connection
1-3 years experience as a Health and/or Wellness Coach
Have experience delivering virtual and/or in-person coaching services.
Availability for regular video calls with clients and weekly asynchronous chat check-ins
Commit and successfully complete Onboarding Training and Ongoing Learning
Passion for supporting diverse populations in achieving health and longevity.
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in computer and software applications skills

Preferred (if applicable)

Experience creating health improvement plans informed by biometric screenings.
Training or experience in behavior change strategies.
Experience working within corporate wellness.
Familiarity with using client management software or digital coaching platforms.
Knowledge of integrative or functional medicine principles.
