Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour unpaid break. Start times are flexible at 6, 7, or 8 AM Arizona Time, ending 9 hours later.

Job Description:
  • Manage email communications and help continued development of response automation
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling
  • Use CRM software (Pipedrive) to track and follow up with potential clients
  • Schedule training sessions using specialized software (Vagaro)
  • Support the creation and organization of training materialsHandle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operationsAssist with content development projects as needed
  • Support content creation and social media efforts- Facebook, Instagram, using Canva
  • Help streamline business processes and improve efficiency
  • Communicate with founder throughout the shift via Whatsapp, Zoom, Asana
  • Complete EOD report
  • Track billable hours in Asana

Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills- Working with Billable hours model
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to communicate throughout the day via Zoom Video or WhatsApp text
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably PipedriveFamiliarity with social media platforms and management toolsBasic understanding of or willingness to learn graphic design tools like Canva
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative. Must be able to follow and complete tasks on Asana without being micromanaged
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and processes and implement them consistently
  • Punctuality and consistency. Must show up to shift on-time.
  • Stay focused: sleeping, playing games, on-line shopping, cooking, scrolling personal social media or any other non-work related pastime during paid working hours is not allowed
  • Ability to communicate with owner in a straight forward/ direct way and to receive feedback in a straight forward way
