Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 

Contract: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK Time


Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms
  • Process and track wholesale orders for high-end furniture and other products
  • Provide customer support via email and online chat
  • Assist with social media content management, including post scheduling
  • Set up and manage email marketing campaigns based on provided guidelines
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with various apps and software independently

Scope

  • Full-time position (35 hours/week) during UK core hours
  • Focus on supporting multiple e-commerce brands, including Haven + Wild
  • Manage both retail and wholesale operations for high-end furniture and other products
  • Flexible schedule with some overlap with UK time zone
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency


Requirements
  • Experience in general virtual assistant work, preferably in e-commerce
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in using various online tools and e-commerce platforms
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Quick learner with adaptability to master new tasks and systems rapidly
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Attention to detail, especially when handling product information and customer orders
