This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract type: Independent Contractor
Schedule:40 hours per week
Sunday: 10am - 7pm Melbourne VIC
Monday: - Thursday: 9am - 6pm Melbourne VIC
Includes 1 hour unpaid break
Friday and Saturday: Rest days

Manage and organize large volumes of video footage and assets using cloud-based services like Dropbox

Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols when handling sensitive footage

Requirements

4+ years of proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing sports-related content
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop
Solid understanding of social media platforms and their specific content requirements
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Passion for sports and ability to understand different sports’ narratives and highlights
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with an international team
Flexibility to adapt to Australian time zones when necessary
Experience with cloud-based file management systems (e.g., Dropbox) is a plus
