We are seeking experienced customer focused Tier 3, Professionals to join our OMEGA Program. Multiple shifts available:


Shift 3: CSC Salesforce Admin (Tier 3) - Shift 3A [Weekends and Holidays, 1am - 10am EST]


  • Key Responsibilities: First level support for Salesforce-related issues, manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings, Monitor and respond to service desk tickets related to Salesforce issues.
