Business Manager at CSM Technologies
Location:

Hyderabad, Lucknow, Patna

Salary:

INR 1,800,000 to INR 2,000,000 Per year

Experience:

10 to 15 years

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement sales action plans for achieving the business's sales targets
  • Manage IT sales in the given territory, including forecasting sales targets and ensuring they are met weekly, monthly, and annually
  • Build and grow new business relationships in the required territories to generate revenue growth
  • Evaluate potential new clients and turn them into increased business
  • Implement sales strategies to drive revenue generation for the business
  • Work on relevant data and information, translating those into actionable strategies that drive sales
  • Focus on generating repeat business from the existing customers
  • Participate in pricing solutions/services
  • Travel across locations (Domestic & International) for client visits
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive understanding of government procurement processes
  • Effective exposure to Bespoke/Customized IT Application Sales, Software Sales (Not into Hardware Sales)
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the Government Sector/Depts.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels
