Position Overview:

As a Multimedia Designer, you'll be the creative force behind our visual content, ensuring it's not only visually stunning but also accessible and effective. You'll collaborate with various teams to develop multimedia solutions that support our marketing and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Team up with internal stakeholders to develop innovative multimedia solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and partners to deliver high-quality multimedia projects on time and within scope.
• Develop and deploy visually rich content for various applications, including online learning and digital marketing.
• Create and integrate dynamic visual components for a variety of media
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in multimedia design and integrate them into your work.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (preferred) or HS Diploma/GED.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia design and development, and 3 years of graphic design, audio, video, and animation creation.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and other multimedia software like Articulate Rise/Storyline preferred.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with video production, from pre-production to post-production.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
