About the role:

As a Software Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining software features that enable our Enterprise customers to accomplish their goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements, design software architectures, and implement robust and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Java, have in-depth knowledge of databases and SQL, demonstrate exceptional learning abilities, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable occasionally working with clients to troubleshoot problems and analyze their requests.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of industry experience in Java and SQL development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as the role involves customer-facing interactions
Proficiency in Java, SQL and related technologies.
Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Chinese language skills preferred
Background in e-commerce a plus
