We need an English-fluent Sales Development Representative, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, to generate new leads.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and manage follow-up activities.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, and challenges, and fit with the company’s solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and set up meetings or calls with the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as number of leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and results for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
  • Excellent research and data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $700 - $1,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
