Overview of the role
Are you passionate about storytelling and employer branding? At GitLab, we’re looking for a Talent Brand Coordinator to join our Talent Brand team and help bring our culture to life through creative digital content and team member stories. In this role, you’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, supporting hiring efforts by crafting compelling employer brand content that attracts top talent. You’ll also collaborate with teams like Corporate Communications, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, and Social Media to shape and amplify our talent brand presence.
Your work will involve curating and coordinating social media campaigns, team member spotlights, and employer branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with our branding guidelines while bringing fresh creativity to videos, graphics, and digital content. From gathering authentic stories from our global team to managing content for Built In, our GitLab Life Pages, and Careers Site, you’ll play a key role in showcasing what it’s like to work at GitLab. Beyond content creation, you’ll help support hiring efforts by partnering with recruiters to support in the development of targeted talent brand initiatives, ensuring GitLab stands out in a competitive talent market. Your keen eye for detail will also help maintain and audit our employer brand assets, keeping our internal and external platforms up to date.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
