Job description

Mira Search, a leading HR agency in Dubai, is hiring a Regional Manager CS for our partners—a company driving the development and expansion of entertainment products through cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage customer service teams across chat and telephony.
  • Develop and enforce service standards and scripts.
  • Oversee telemarketing campaigns to boost engagement and sales.
  • Monitor KPIs and report performance insights to senior management.
  • Analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for seamless customer experience.
  • Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Higher education (preferably in management, marketing, or communications). 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. 
  • Strong knowledge of contact center technologies and tools. 
  • Proven experience in managing customer service teams across multiple channels (chat and telephony). 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a team. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.           
  • Proficiency in Russian and English languages.                                                             

 

Will Be a Plus: 

  • Experience in telemarketing and sales processes. 
  • Familiarity with global contact center operations and management. 
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, international work environment.
