Your Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement business continuity and quality assurance programs for Purdue Information Technology.
- Collaborate with IT and University project managers to align project timelines and deliverables with business continuity and quality assurance requirements.
- Address and resolve business continuity and quality concerns in a proactive manner.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals.

This is a REMOTE position.
What We're Looking For:
Education and Experience Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, IT or related field
- Four (4) years of experience related to quality assurance, process/continuous improvement, business continuity, IT project management, risk management/analysis, or related
- A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
Skills Needed:
- Demonstrated:
- advanced knowledge in IT business continuity and quality assurance programs
- ability to manage IT projects and effectively communicate change impact
- project management
- excellence in written and verbal communication, collaboration and team building skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills to assess information and identify potential risks with advanced problem solving skills to determine how to reduce risks
- Strong communication skills to develop clear protocols, inform management and relay information to cross functional teams
- Familiarity with IT Business Continuity and Quality Assurance standards and industry best practices such as ISO 22301, BCI’s Good Practice Guidelines or DRI
- Ability to:
- lead the implementation of process-related policies, standards, governance, and methodologies to enable the business to seamlessly adopt a process culture
- effectively work with staff at all levels of the organization
