At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Go Developer to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

As a Senior Go Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing high-performance applications that leverage Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and AWS cloud services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with client expectations, all while harnessing the power of AI to enhance your development process.

Key Responsibilities

Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance Go code.

Develop and deploy software applications utilizing Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.

Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning.

Utilize AWS cloud services for application deployment and management.

Integrate AI tools to assist in code development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have Skills:

At least 2 to 3 years of experience with Go

Experience with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)

Proficiency in SQL

English proficiency at B2+ level

Nice-to-have Skills:

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Familiarity with AWS and NoSQL databases

Knowledge of Java, Node.js, or Python

Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch
