Course Developer – Psicología de la Personalidad
Remote Position
Albizu University


Albizu University is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Course Developer/Subject Matter Expert to create designated content for a fully online undergraduate course within the BS in Psychology in Spanish program. The course must be developed and designed to be taught fully in Spanish. The individual will be responsible for developing instructional materials, selecting relevant knowledge sources, organizing and managing course content, and designing assessments to meet program objectives.


 
Responsibilities:

  1. Develop online courses for the specified subjects, creating course syllabi, materials, lectures, and exams.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to gather content, learning objectives, and assessment criteria.
  3. Design engaging and interactive course content using multimedia elements, case studies, and real-world examples.
  4. Ensure courses comply with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and accessibility guidelines.
  5. Conduct comprehensive research on current trends, advancements, and best practices in the specified courses.
  6. Integrate technology and instructional design principles to enhance the online learning experience.
  7. Collaborate with multimedia specialists to create high-quality instructional materials, including videos, presentations, and simulations.
  8. Review and update course content regularly to reflect changes in the field and ensure ongoing relevance.
  9. Provide support and guidance to instructors delivering the online courses.
