Healthcare Recruiter | Remote 


Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Eastern Time

Benefits:  Fully remote position, 40 hours Weekly, Paid Time Off,  2 Days Off

Salary Rate: $3.50 - $4.00/hourly

Job Summary

As a Healthcare Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various positions within the U.S. healthcare industry. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. 


Primary Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing methods to identify top healthcare talent.

  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and suitability for positions.

  • Client Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

  • Job Posting & Marketing: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on appropriate platforms to attract candidates.

  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Compliance & Credentialing: Ensure candidates meet all licensing and certification requirements before placement.

  • Offer Negotiation: Facilitate salary discussions and contract agreements between candidates and clients.


Job Requirements

           Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in the U.S. market.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, licensing, and industry standards.

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

           

            Technical Requirements

  • Candidates must provide their equipment and technology meeting these minimum specification

  • Up-to-date desktop or laptop computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a modern processor (Intel i5 or equivalent)

  • Windows 10 or macOS 10.15 or later

  • High-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps

  • Functional headset with microphone, webcam, and reliable keyboard and mouse

  • Quiet workspace devoid of distractions

  • A second monitor is preferred but not required

  • Emergency backup or contingency plan for technology or connectivity issues.
