What You’ll Do:

Lead with Vision – Oversee all aspects of community management, upholding Stellar’s standards and culture.
Drive Occupancy – Utilize strategic marketing and exceptional service to attract and retain residents.
Foster a Positive Culture – Create an environment of care, compassion, and excellence.
Ensure Operational Success – Manage finances, healthcare services, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
Build Strong Relationships – Connect with residents, families, and the greater Redmond community.

What You Bring:

Proven Success – A track record of rapidly achieving full occupancy and delivering results on time and within budget.
Leadership Excellence – The ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
Operational Mastery – Deep knowledge of senior living operations, financial management, and resident care.
Educational & Licensing Requirements – A Bachelor’s degree (master’s in business or healthcare administration preferred) and a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator certification.
