Job description

This is a remote position.


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM New York Time (includes a 1-hour unpaid break) | Monday to Friday, 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM Manila Time (next day) (includes a 1-hour unpaid break)
Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours

Your ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and close deals will directly contribute to both client success and company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in meaningful conversations with business owners, understanding their unique challenges and articulating how digital solutions can support their growth.
  • Make persuasive sales calls to book appointments and close deals independently, guiding prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of web development and content marketing services, effectively communicating their value to potential clients.
  • Overcome objections with confidence, building trust and credibility through knowledge and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to both company growth and your professional development.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and share insights on market trends and client needs..

Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in digital services or related fields.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage diverse business owners effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Strong adaptability and quick thinking to navigate various client conversations and needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools for efficient lead management.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and web development concepts, with the ability to explain technical ideas in simple terms.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling objections and overcoming rejections.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
