We’re now searching for a Head of Marketing (Client Communications) who would be talking to client-models of our company and manage our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all digital and traditional marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team of 20 to achieve ambitious goals.
Oversee hiring, training, and professional development within the marketing department.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Work with the Finance Manager to manage ingoing and outgoing payments from the marketing platform + structure staff payments.
Data-Driven Growth & Innovation
Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Drive innovation in marketing tactics to maintain a competitive advantage.
Identify new market opportunities and lead efforts to scale marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the backend and management teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and partners to execute campaigns efficiently.
Risk Management
Identify and mitigate marketing-related risks, such as reputational damage or compliance issues.
Ensure all marketing practices adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Ensure that the clients privacy is a top priority
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven track record of successfully leading marketing efforts in high-growth environments.
Tech-savvy (experience with Notion, Zoom, spreadsheets, Google Drive, and the Google ecosystem is a must).
Strong expertise in digital marketing, growth hacking, and data analytics & automation
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both client facing and team facing)
