What you’ll do

You're the marketing mastermind who crafts and runs campaigns that snag attention and convert prospects into paying customers. You'll create demand by implementing paid media strategy, lifecycle messaging, and leveraging marketing automation tools. Using data analysis, you will fine-tune your approach and optimize campaigns to increase conversion rates with insights and industry best practices. Together with a team of high-achievers and marketing rockstars, you'll build an inbound demand generation strategy that pulls in qualified leads and drives serious revenue growth. You're a key player in turning interest into profit.

 

How you’ll do it 

Demand Generation 

  • Inbound Strategy: Support and implement a comprehensive inbound demand generation strategy focused on attracting, engaging, and converting target audiences. Design and execute multi-channel campaigns leveraging email marketing, content marketing and paid media to drive lead acquisition.
  • MQL Growth: Own the MQL pipeline and drive initiatives to grow MQLs. Monitor, analyze, and report on MQL performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Channel Optimization: Manage and optimize inbound marketing channels, including paid search (SEM), content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing. Experiment with new channels and tactics to enhance lead generation.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and nurture high-quality leads from various channels with the goal of customer conversion to drive revenue generation. 
  • Marketing Automation: Leverage marketing automation platforms to nurture leads, personalize communications, and improve conversion rates. Manage lead scoring through industry best practice modeling and manage nurturing workflows based on buyer personas and prospect journeys.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales to ensure alignment on lead handoff and pipeline conversion.
  • Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively across channels to maximize ROI. Track and report on campaign performance and budget spend, reporting analytics back to the Director of Marketing.
  • Performance Tracking, Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key demand generation metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to provide actionable insights and generate regular reports on demand generation performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 

Prospect Journey Marketing and Paid Search

  • Content Optimization: Optimize content promotion by analyzing the trends across channels and partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to improve campaign performance. 
  • SEM Strategy: In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, develop and execute SEM strategies to improve paid search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website.  
  • Campaign Management: Develop and implement strategic and effective campaigns that attract target audiences and support lead generation efforts. Use A/B testing and other optimization techniques to maximize campaign performance.
  • Content Development: With the Digital Marketing Manager, support the creation of high-quality, engaging content (webinars, blog posts, case studies, etc.) that attracts target audiences and supports lead generation.
  • Paid Search Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and generate leads. Monitor and adjust campaigns to achieve lead generation and cost-efficiency goals. 
  • Keyword Research: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to conduct ongoing keyword research to identify relevant search terms and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ad Copy Optimization: Write compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences and drives click-through rates.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

You must have

We are open to hiring this position at a level that is commensurate with the candidate’s skills and qualifications. At minimum, candidates must have a Bachelor degree in a relevant field and four years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

We’d like you to have

  • 7+ years experience in demand generation, inbound marketing, or a related role
  • Experience in the SaaS industry or B2B technology industry
  • Proven track record of successfully increasing MQLs and driving revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of inbound marketing methodologies, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

 

Technical skills we’d like you to have

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Experience in Account-Based Marketing
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, performance tracking, and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

Other requirements

This position requires up to 25% travel to clients, conferences, and to Infotech's Gainesville headquarters as needed. This position may also require occasional after-hours work.
