Job description

Who are we?

ArrowStream is reshaping the landscape of supply chain optimization for foodservice businesses. The premier foodservice cloud platform for supply chain intelligence, we've connected over 105,000 restaurant locations to over 1,300 distribution locations, 11,000 manufacturers, and over 275 leading brands. As a Buyers Edge Platform SaaS Solution, ArrowStream customers feel empowered to make informed decisions with our secure cloud-based data management solutions including ArrowStream Central (operators), Crossbow (distributors), and ChainConnect (manufacturers). Not only are we strengthening buying decisions with our industry technology, but we're enforcing pricing accuracy, protecting supply, ensuring quality, and enhancing foodservice partnerships.

This role will be remotely based. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role.

We are seeking a Product Owner to assist in overseeing the agile development release cycle and collaborate closely with a dedicated Software Engineering team to deliver high-quality, timely product releases. You will also work cross-functionally to ensure both internal and external readiness for these releases. In this role, you will manage roadmap-level projects, support tactical issue investigations, and drive success in early customer implementations. Additionally, you will engage directly with ArrowStream customers to support product planning, gather requirements, provide launch support, and investigate issues to ensure a seamless product experience.

Your impact:

  • Engage with internal and external customers and prospects to collect business requirements, collect feedback on designs, assist in product rollout, and communicate upcoming improvements
  • Support the collection and prioritization of product improvements
  • Conduct and manage investigations into customer support requests that require advanced assistance
  • Document requirements in preparation for development
  • Assist in the creation of stories and run grooming sessions to prepare for development
  • Ensure that requirements are communicated to and understood by development and QA personnel
  • Ensure the integrity and efficiency of the agile product development process through planning, design, development, and delivery
  • Coordinate release timing and support tangential activities, such as customer communication, documentation and training
  • Manage UAT, alpha and beta programs associated with product releases
  • Support sales, marketing, and implementation efforts by running demos and discovery sessions, contributing to marketing, sales, and training content development

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years in a Product Management or Product Ownership role
  • Familiarity with Agile Development processes and tools
  • Proficiency in data-driven analysis
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence solutions such as MicroStrategy
  • B2B commercial software experience a plus
