Position Overview:

As an FP&A Intern, you will assist the Financial Planning & Analysis team with key financial activities. You will gain valuable insights into the budgeting process, financial modeling, and data analysis. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop a deeper understanding of financial analysis and its impact on business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Help gather and organize data from different departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Provide support in the preparation of financial presentations for management.
• Help identify key financial trends and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Assist in the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve financial performance.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
• Knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Prior experience in finance or accounting (internships, coursework, etc.).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
