Responsible for monitoring and improving quality performance through error rate analysis, competency tracking, and compliance audits. Facilitates corrective action processes, document management, and internal audits to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and contractual requirements. Supports customer meetings, risk analysis, and management reviews while collaborating across departments to drive continuous improvement and resolve nonconformances. Manages training records, certification updates, and quality alerts to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Facilitate error rate drill down program and follow up with field service engineers as required. 
  •  Meet with field service engineers on a weekly basis to review customer complaints, in coherence with our error rate drill down program.
  •  Processes quarterly error rates for field service engineers.
  •  Provide error trend data on a monthly basis.
  •  Support customer meetings.
  •  Perform cross departmental desk audits to ensure compliance with contracts and ISO 9001 requirements.
  •  Facilitate employee competency record process for Mechanical Services dept.
  •  Update master log with competency record and certification updates.
  •  Stores employee certifications in employee training folders.
  •  Support quality internal & external audits.
  •  Perform weekly risk analysis of project schedule.
  •  Perform weekly risk analysis of competency records.
  •  Work with team (cross departmental) to find solutions to nonconformance’s and customer complaints, focusing on permanent corrective action.
  •  Facilitate CORE document management system and internal document control procedure integration.
  •  Facilitate root cause analysis, CAPA, and Nonconformance procedures.
  •  Support Management Review meetings. 
  •  Create Quality & Safety alerts, tracks responses and validate effectiveness.
  •  Fulfill documentation and record keeping requirements for the quality management program.
  •  Observes and promotes Probo’s standards and policies on safety, quality and productivity.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education and Experience:

  •  Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
  •  Critical thinking, remote communication skills, detail oriented, teamwork, collaboration, integrity.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Unique software of program skills preferred.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  •  Internal auditor certification (preferred) 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS 

  •  No more than twice a year (usually for customer meetings and/or compliance audits)

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

  •  Remote with occasional travel.
  •  Must be able to work in a seated position while using a computer for 8hrs/days.
