What We're Looking For
Our client, a fast-growing eCommerce brand, is seeking a Sr. Director of Performance Marketing to lead and scale their digital advertising efforts. This role is essential for driving revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on Meta advertising. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of optimizing ad performance while identifying new opportunities for scaling campaigns efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Meta advertising strategy and execution by working closely with the creative team to test and scale ad campaigns while ensuring they meet efficiency goals and customer acquisition cost targets.
  • Develop structured processes for campaign management that support rapid iteration and growth while maintaining strong performance.
  • Optimize the entire customer journey, from the first ad impression to the landing page and beyond, identifying and addressing any weak points in the funnel.
  • Explore opportunities to expand into new performance channels, such as TikTok, YouTube, and Connected TV, ensuring they align with cost and efficiency targets.
  • Oversee marketing analytics and reporting, using both custom-built tools and industry-standard platforms to measure performance and guide decision-making.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to a high-performing team, staying deeply involved in campaign optimization, creative production, and fostering a culture that balances creativity, analytical rigor, and speed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with expertise in Meta advertising and creative testing.
  • Proven track record of scaling digital campaigns while maintaining strong efficiency metrics.
  • Experience identifying and expanding into new performance marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with experience in cross-channel attribution models and marketing mix modeling tools.
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing trends, best practices, and industry tools.
