Part-Time Performance Marketing Executionist
Location: Remote | Type: Part-time (Flexible Hours)

At Unlayer, we make email and landing page design easy. Our embeddable editor powers thousands of SaaS platforms, helping users build beautiful, responsive templates—without writing code.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Performance Marketing Executionist to lead and optimize our paid marketing efforts. This role will focus on driving efficient acquisition, improving conversion rates, and scaling campaigns across multiple digital channels. You’ll work closely with our content and design teams to align messaging and maximize performance—while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across search, social, and other performance platforms

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across the entire funnel—from awareness to conversion

  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to increase conversion rates

  • Set up marketing automation flows and manage lead nurturing initiatives

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling landing pages and high-performing creative assets

  • Support SEO and inbound efforts as part of an integrated growth strategy

Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or demand generation (B2B SaaS experience preferred)

  • Proven success managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns with measurable ROI

  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to guide decision-making

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms

  • Understanding of digital funnels, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting strategies

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a flexible, part-time setup
