We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Systems Support Analyst to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT systems across the organization. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by assisting end-users, resolving technical problems, and supporting system enhancements. 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. 
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment. 
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. 
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls through EntraAD and other IT management tools. 
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures in the IT ticketing system. 
  • Assist with system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain security and efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. 
  • Provide guidance and training to users on IT best practices and system usage. 
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and data protection standards. 

Who You Are:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration. 
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. 
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. 
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Intune, Jamf and Atlassian IT service management tools. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. 
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and virtualization technologies. 
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
