Position Title: Senior Tech SDR
Location: Colombia (Remote)
What you will be doing:
Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Qualify leads based on company criteria and set up discovery meetings for the sales team.
Engage with inbound leads to assess their needs and determine sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and pipeline progress in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's tech solutions to effectively communicate value propositions.
Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to improve sales pitches.
Actively participate in sales training and development programs to improve prospecting techniques.
