Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable making outbound calls, and enjoys building relationships that convert into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
  • Identify customer needs and effectively communicate the value of our products/services.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to nurture relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Accurately track interactions and sales progress in a CRM system.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, company offerings, and competitive landscape.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections.
  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer outreach (preferred but not required).
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools and best practices.
  • Background in a fast-paced startup or high-growth sales environment.
