Job Title: Demand Generation Lead
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3500 USD + performance bonus

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Demand Generation Lead with strong B2B marketing and pipeline-building expertise to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset, deep experience with PPC advertising, and a passion for AI tools that enhance marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to build a pipeline for enterprise B2B SaaS, AI, or services companies.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other major PPC platforms.
  • Leverage HubSpot (experience preferred) and other marketing automation tools to nurture and convert leads.
  • Track and report data and insights across key platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Experiment with AI tools to enhance campaign performance and streamline marketing efforts.
  • Identify and use intent data to target high-value prospects and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation (5+ years preferred).
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing attribution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (major plus) and familiarity with Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to build and optimize marketing pipelines for enterprise B2B SaaS, AI, or service-based businesses.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation.
  • Hands-on experience using intent data to improve targeting and conversions.
  • Enjoys experimenting with AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Agency or freelance experience in demand generation.
  • Passion for AI tools and marketing automation--someone who enjoys testing and iterating on new tech.
