PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Digital Operations Specialist is responsible for managing data collection and hybrid appraisal orders from inception through report submission and maintaining exceptional client communication. This individual is a key player in customer service, business continuity, and successful order fulfillment within the digital operation. Managing order milestones of the digital process streamlines the overall process and provides the highest quality of customer service to the client within a team atmosphere. This position reports to the Digital Pipeline Manager and works in collaboration with their designated teammates to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Tasks:

  • Become intimately familiar with Class Valuation, Digital Appraisal products and other relevant technology and processes utilized.
  • Digital program Subject Matter Expert including workflows, deployed technology, internal procedures, and panel resources.
  • Manage digital pipelines to company defined KPI’s including on-time, turn time, net revenue, quality scores and turnover & contact rates.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, various operational counterparts, and vendor partners promptly with attention to detail via system messaging, email and phone calls.
  • Review & manage fee requests and ensure they are in line with standard practices.
  • Manage all queues, email boxes and associated phone queues as assigned.
  • Report operational and service-related challenges to management & take an active role in finding solutions that provide the best benefit to the company and customer.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Regular attendance is a requirement.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service related role
  • Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage & appraisal process preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
