Responsibilities
Adhere to agency policies to ensure client satisfaction and quality service.
Maintain accurate client data in the agency management system.
Respond to client, producer, and underwriter inquiries promptly and professionally.
Request endorsements and policy changes, and assist with cancellations, claims, billing, audits, and coverage issues.
Prepare quotes, proofs of insurance, finance agreements, and explain coverage to clients.
Negotiate coverage and premiums with carriers, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Stay informed on industry changes, attend training, and support team members while complying with laws and policies.
Qualifications
Self-motivated with strong analytical, math, reading, and attention to detail skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills and ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
High school diploma or equivalent; one year of related experience preferred.
Property & Casualty Insurance License required within 6 months.
Benefits
This job requires presence in the office on a regionally remote schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $25 to $33 on an hourly scale.
