Overview

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to agency policies to ensure client satisfaction and quality service.
  • Maintain accurate client data in the agency management system.
  • Respond to client, producer, and underwriter inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Request endorsements and policy changes, and assist with cancellations, claims, billing, audits, and coverage issues.
  • Prepare quotes, proofs of insurance, finance agreements, and explain coverage to clients.
  • Negotiate coverage and premiums with carriers, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry changes, attend training, and support team members while complying with laws and policies.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated with strong analytical, math, reading, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; one year of related experience preferred.
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License required within 6 months.

Benefits

This job requires presence in the office on a regionally remote schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $25 to $33 on an hourly scale.
