Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Systems Consultant - Estimate to be part of revolutionizing these industries.
What You Will Do:
You will interact directly with internal and external customers to consult on system configuration needs; as well as Paradigm software and industry best practices. Your external customers will be experts in estimating and selling building materials.
You will rely on your building materials knowledge to analyze customer business requirements against existing system functionality and propose solutions to satisfy the requirements. This will include system configuration and software enhancements. You will work closely with the development team to articulate requirements, design a solution and then test/set up the new functionality for the customer. You are the liaison between the “industry” and the “software” experts.
You will be a pivotal resource for our clients with configuration, testing, training, and issue resolution. Your focus is to ensure our customers are satisfied with their take offs and that the system is configured to meet their needs. This will include ongoing support and maintenance of a customer’s configuration to ensure our system evolves as their business needs evolve.
You will leverage your advanced MS Excel skills to manage configurable parameters and associated SKU’s. This can be thousands of lines of critical system configuration information that are the “secret sauce” for how a customer’s business will flow through our estimating platform.
You will assist with systems conversion processes to ensure a seamless implementation and reduce impact to business operations.
What You Need to Succeed:
You have 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Software Implementation or Support role.
You will need critical thinking, requirement gathering skills, and proven problem-solving skills.
You will have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Bonus points if you have knowledge of software, software development or software implementation.
You have experience with Jira or other similar ticket management tools.
You are known for your excellent collaboration & communication skills with an ability to prioritize & coordinate work with a variety of internal & external stakeholders.
You have proven experience successfully working with customers.
You are very organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through. You are flexible, able to adjust and change direction as the business & tech environments evolve & change. You are entrepreneurial in spirit; unchartered territories & problems energize you.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $54,000 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
