DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

For the leadership of our DACH-wide Finance team, we are looking for a:

As the Finance Director, you will:

Lead the Finance/Controlling team for Exclusive Networks in DACH and affiliated regional companies.
Oversee the timely preparation of financial statements, forecasts, reporting, and budget planning.
Drive the enhancement of finance platforms, reporting, and accounting processes.
Manage financial partnerships, including tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with legal and company standards, as well as risk and liquidity management.
Optimize cost structures through effective controlling, service provider negotiations, and resource planning.
Support cross-functional digitalization and automation projects in finance.
Use data-driven insights to identify strategic actions and drive business decisions.
