Peraton seeks a proven technical Program Director with the ability to manage and deliver multiple customer and corporate priorities to ensure key project and customer milestones are met. The selected candidate will be responsible for the successful technical/schedule/cost performance of a major IDIQ program, delivering technical analysis products and capabilities to the DIA/MSIC customer in Huntsville AL. The PM will act as the primary point of contact between the Customer and Peraton. They will maintain aggressive efforts to achieve objectives and will act as a programmatic and technical liaison with partners and vendors. They will be responsible for all phases of the program budget, develop and execute Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services. They will be responsible for preparing staffing plans, including skill and labor mix. They will be responsible for executing the staffing plan by bringing the best available Peraton and Partner employees to bear. They may directly support the interviewing and hiring of staff. They will monitor contract, subcontract cost performance and funding. They will develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and financial reports. They will support business development in the capture of the IDIQ and subsequent Task Orders.

Required Qualifications

  • At Least 16 Years of Related Experience
  • Relevant Bachelors and Advanced Degree
  • TS/SCI Eligible
  • Demonstrated verbal communication skills delivering complex programmatic and technical concepts to customers and company management.
  • Demonstrated performance establishing and maintaining trusted customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated performance delivering multiple, simultaneously executing projects or task orders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidiscipline teams consisting of employees and employees of partner companies.

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
