About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Technology Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. You will help elevate the work life of Dayforce employees by enhancing their ability to communicate, collaborate, and connect to one another across our global, remote workforce. This role will be responsible for driving employee awareness and adoption of our enterprise collaboration, productivity, and communication solutions. This role would be a perfect opportunity for an experienced technology analyst, product or success manager, or enablement or adoption specialist with excellent business acumen and customer relationship skills.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Help drive awareness, adoption, and satisfaction with our enterprise collaboration and communication solutions. This includes (but is not limited to) Microsoft 365 and Viva suites, automation tools, cloud file and content sharing, product management tools, contact center solutions, and communication tools for chat, email, and phone.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and scope for these tools, including understanding business goals and objectives to tie them back to our technology features and functionality enhancements
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with other members of your team, internal customers, external teams, and vendor partners
  • Develop and implement communications, training, and organization change management processes for introducing new technologies and features to ensure successful awareness and adoption
  • Define, document, and deliver enablement objectives, KPIs, and reporting
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and support to stay up-to-date with our platforms, products, and services
  • Complete all administrative tasks, i.e., (required training, time tracking, project and task updates, trouble ticket notes, status reports, responding to email, etc.) accurately and on time
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required to meet Dayforce goals and objectives

Skills And Experience We Value

  • The successful candidate requires a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology, or IT management, OR 3+ years’ experience in product management, organizational change management, user adoption, or a related role with a focus on adoption of technical applications or solutions in a professional services or corporate environment
  • 3+ years experience and advanced knowledge of the apps and functionality within the Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration suite (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform, Viva Suite, and Office applications)
  • Strong technical background with a proven track record around technology change management, training, and specifically with collaboration, productivity, and communication technologies, at a medium to large corporation (5K+ employees)

What Would Make You Really Stand Out

  • Experience with unified communication tools and solutions, including (but not limited to) Microsoft Teams Phone solutions, contact center solutions, and Microsoft Teams Rooms conferencing solutions and hardware.
  • Experience or understanding of AI technology such has chatbots, virtual assistance, LLMs and generative AI solutions
  • Experience in software or banking technology companies
