Become a Freelance Coder for Our Research Team:

We are seeking a skilled freelance coder to organize both quantitative data, enabling our research team to identify themes and relationships through coding in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. The role involves converting open-ended answers, and quantitative data into structured codes.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and align open-ended quantitative data with corresponding questions.
2. Develop and maintain a structured code frame for efficient data organization.
3. Review and validate coding accuracy and consistency.
4. Commit to deadlines set by project leaders.
5. Participate in team meetings to discuss findings and insights.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma degree in a research-related field (preference for Indonesian/English Literature). University students are welcome to apply.
2. Proficiency in Excel and understanding of code frames
3. Strong command of vocabulary and formal language (writing/verbal) based on EYD and KBBI
4. Self-starter with an approachable demeanor
5. Structured communication and solution-oriented mindset
6. Data-driven with excellent analytical thinking
7. Proficient in English (Minimum in English writing)
8. Knowledge or experience in market research is an advantage.
