We are seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft Platform Administrator.


As a Microsoft Platform Administrator at Sprezzatura will support a high-profile software development project in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs. This person is expected to have a background in Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM administration. Responsibilities may include managing security, troubleshooting, and end-user support. This position will offer direct exposure to our core business with a focus on ensuring customer success with scalable solutions, processes, and applications.

Responsibilities…

  • Lead and own the daily cross-functional operational readiness of VA’s enterprise Microsoft Power Platform and associates supporting the program.
  • Participate as an active member of the enterprise Microsoft Power Platform program that will help guide the roadmap, identify and solve gaps in the program model.
  • Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other setup options, as necessary.
  • Maintain the integrity of services integrated with our cloud environments, including proprietary in-house systems and external integrations.
  • Monitor performance and scalability and refactor existing sub-optimal features.
  • Train/support end users with the use of the Microsoft Power Platform application and act as an escalation point for internal issues.
  • Identify trends and predict future needs to assure our customer is getting the best service and experience possible.

Requirements…

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other Technical discipline required, OR a minimum of 5 years equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of Help desk or other experience working in a customer service capacity.
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform or D365 Platform administration experience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
  • Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to use a computer.
  • Must be able to communicate both verbally and in written form.
  • Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.

  • MB-901 – Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
