We are seeking a Business Developer – EU Market to represent our organization across Europe. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline of new clients, engaging with senior leadership, qualifying leads, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing client relationships effectively.
Proactively engage with senior client leadership to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
Attend industry conferences and expos to generate new leads, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and position the organization as a leader in the market.
Independently plan and execute travel itineraries to meet clients and prospects, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Take full ownership of targets across defined customer segments, services, and markets, delivering results individually and collaboratively.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the organization’s service offerings, including team structures, pricing strategies, and project timelines, to effectively communicate value to clients.
Leverage existing networks and contacts to identify and engage potential leads, building a robust client pipeline.
Utilize internal prospecting tools to expand outreach and discover new opportunities.
Create compelling presentation proposals and conduct preliminary reviews of contracts for prospective clients.
Oversee the creation and review of work orders and change orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
Research and identify potential clients, focusing on key decision-makers within targeted leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to devise and implement strategic sales approaches, expand the company’s prospect database, and maintain up-to-date contact information.
Work closely with marketing, regulatory, project management, and business development teams to ensure seamless synergies, fostering client opportunities and maximizing engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, or Business Administration (MBA).
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Knowledge and brief experience in Regulatory Affairs or Pharmacovigilance is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional European languages such as French, Chinese, or Thai are an advantage.
Strong networking and team collaboration skills.
Comfortable using various online networking tools for lead generation.
Excellent communication and sales skills, capable of engaging clients at all levels.
Ability to work under pressure, meet defined metrics and KPIs.
Confident in presenting to large groups and conducting seminars for clients and partners.
Professional, presentable, and able to initiate lead generation effectively.
Salary: Up to €2,900 per month.
