Job description

The position is remote, and your physical location is not a constraint. Minimum of 2 months, with the possibility of extension or full-time conversion. The exact duration can be discussed. 

Role  Responsibilities:

  • Assist the marketing team in conducting research and developing creative strategies for multiple e-commerce brands looking to expand overseas.
  • Assist the BD team in outreaching potential clients and client relationship management.
  • Support sales Strategy and Execution: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies, set goals, and execute sales to drive growth.
  • Support sales Analytics: Learn how to analyze sales data, track key performance indicators, and use insights to make data-driven decisions that improve team performance.
  • Identify potential business opportunities, conduct lead qualification, and support pipeline development.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide insights that enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Chinese and English, proficiency at business level.
  • Have related work experience or coursework in marketing, sales, or similar field.
  • Ability to independently conduct market research using online tools. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to details and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Possesses analytical skills with ability to compile data, assess trends, and identify opportunities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Multitasker and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment.
