You will join Workera’s Assessment Innovation Team, collaborating with assessment developers, product managers, and engineers. AI agents are also key members of this team, enhancing efficiency, precision, and scalability in assessment development. Your role will be to manage these interactions, ensuring that AI-driven tools and human oversight work seamlessly together.

Proficient in using AI tools like ChatGPT (or similar) for assessment creation, prompt engineering/design, data analysis, or automated content generation.
