It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will have the opportunity to project manage and execute on growth marketing and acquisition programs. 

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires a strong combination of analytical and creative expertise. You will lead the team efforts to continuously optimize acquisition campaigns to ensure Beyond is efficiently and reliably driving growth and revenue from our self-service segment.

As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Drive growth marketing initiatives across paid, affiliate & referral channels
  • Analyze customer journeys and identify key actions to move prospects toward conversion and expansion.
  • Optimize the B2C/self-service marketing funnel by influencing customer behaviors through data-driven insights.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across Operations, Design, and Content teams to ensure on time and accurate launches.
  • Partner tightly with the Content team to ensure SEO and organic sign-ups align with paid strategies.
  • Conduct regular, extensive experimentation to facilitate rapid learning & application of any insights
  • Own and execute the analysis of all growth marketing tests using data from internal and external systems
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, etc.) to ensure alignment between product and marketing efforts to grow our customer acquisition.
  • Contribute to messaging and copywriting strategies that resonate with our audience and improve engagement.

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

  • Willing and able to work CST or EST 
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in growth marketing, with a strong focus on product-led initiatives.
  • Proven experience executing marketing programs for B2C audiences
  • Experience with SaaS or tech-based products such as Hubspost or Marketo, Google Ads, SEM Rush, Mode or Tableau.
  • Strong track record of improving customer journeys and driving conversions through marketing strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to innovate and optimize processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to influence decisions.
