Social Media Advisor
Sitting within the International Health Brand Center of Excellence, the Social Media Advisor works closely with stakeholders across functional business areas to develop, deliver and report on brand-led social media campaigns, executing strategies that build relationships and accelerate growth, drive sales, and deliver the brand promise globally.
This role must be equally comfortable with strategy and delivery, working closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and then playing a hands-on role in developing and leading programmes that deliver those goals.
The role will have a focus on supporting social leadership in International Health, working with a global, diverse team. This role will also oversee our social media agency relationship, ensuring that the agency’s work is aligned with business goals and delivering the highest quality outputs.
In a given week, the person in this role might work on the long-term planning of an annual social media calendar, brief our agency to develop a thought leadership piece for a senior leader, and deliver a LinkedIn Live event aligned to an organisational priority.
Stakeholder management skills, and the ability to create and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships, are key to this role. This role works closely with other teams and individuals who are responsible for delivering social media activity, and who look to the Social Media Advisor to provide advice on best practices.
This position requires strong analytical skills to support overall social performance and achieve goals as well as understanding of social platforms and how each of them impacts audience behaviours and content performance.
The Social Media Advisor will be responsible for pulling social results and data for brand campaigns, providing leadership with reports and insights that will take our social media campaigns to a new level of success.
The role sits on the International Health Brand team, a team of four which includes the Head of Brand for International Health, the Brand Advisor, the Social Media Advisor, and the Brand Lead Analyst.
