Job description

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team at Sift. In this role, you will be instrumental in strategic partner recruitment efforts by mastering Sift’s partner value messaging. Your efforts will include partner outreach, networking, competitive intelligence, and other partner activities to expand the Sift’s Partner Ecosystem. Your ultimate goal will be to schedule qualified meetings for our Partnerships team while honing your sales skills and technical knowledge through our career development program.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategize with Partner Managers: Defined 150 prospective partners and how to gain contractual agreements.

  • Map out Partner Organizations: Find key stakes holders across existing Partner entities we aren’t currently engaged with today. 

  • Craft Unique Messaging: Leverage Partner Managers experience to help craft unique messaging that will resonate with different partner types and personas

  • Coordinate Account Mapping Calls: Arrange discovery calls for Partner Sales reps and Sift AE’s to collaborate on joint accounts leveraging CrossBeam

  • Collaborate with Teams: Partners to support successful campaigns.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of prior sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Tech, or a Startup environment.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.

  • A passion for sales and a desire to build a career in software and technology.

  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, Cross Beam, Impartner, etc.
