Project Manager & Network Technician

We are seeking an accomplished and versatile individual to join our team as a Project Manager & Network Technician. This dual role requires both strong project management skills and technical expertise in network systems. Key Responsibilities for Project Management

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and effective resource allocation.
• Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

Technical Responsibilities in Network Systems

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, ensuring optimal network performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly, minimising downtime and service disruptions.
• Conduct periodic network audits and implement necessary upgrades to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support ongoing improvement and optimisation of network systems.
• Document network configurations, processes, and protocols for future reference and compliance purposes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and network administration.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and architecture, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and networking (e.g., CCNA) are a plus.
