This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM - each agent will work a 40 hour week, but will need to cover 7 days a week between the two agents

Job Description

We’re seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of a premium Australian bakery brand, handling customer interactions across multiple channels including phone, email, and digital platforms. This position offers the unique opportunity to work with a prestigious company where quality and customer satisfaction are paramount. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of service that their customers expect, while working in a supportive environment that values professionalism and excellence.


Reponsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and contribute to continuous service improvement
  • Support the weekend rotation schedule to ensure consistent customer service coverage
  • Manage and prioritize email communications efficiently
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 suite for daily operations and reporting

Requirements
  • English language proficiency with excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a premium or luxury goods environment
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 suite
  • Exceptional phone manner and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards
  • Flexible to work weekends as part of the rotation schedule


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the food service or retail industry
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • High level of empathy and patience in customer interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with order processing and inventory systems
