Customer data is key to the success of ING and Corporate Customer Data Management is responsible to ensure maintaining high standards for ING data across the globe.
To support these high standards, we have recently created a completely new team in our local ING Hub, which will have a unique opportunity to build services around data ING´s client’s data and get really a broad overview on how global banking works from a back-office perspective. We are expecting to welcome more than 10 colleagues within our new team who will drive this initiative and building up together a great and friendly work environment.

As a Client Data Specialist in the global client data team, you will be part of corporate customer data management and will be key in delivering our promise of accurate, trustworthy, and reusable data for ING across the globe. Come and help us set up a new team in our growing department.
A Client Data Specialist responsibilities:
- Register & modify customer data in multiple internal and external tools
- Ensure correctness of data across multiple tools and for multiple business processes
- Conduct data remediation
- Updating missing or wrong information
- Support front office locations to ensure accuracy of client data
- Regular direct communication with our various stakeholders and ING colleagues in front offices (ING branches) via email, chat or phone calls
- Proactively collect, review and ensure completeness of client data
- Recognize potential banking risks
We are looking for candidates who are proactive, passionate, and driven to work in a Client Data Management team. You have proven experience in data domain, oriented to details with advanced analytical skills, open to changes when needed and enjoys working in a team, a multinational environment with colleagues from all over the Globe. You are also a great problem solver, an excellent communicator, has experience with stakeholders´ management and is able to adapt to an Agile work environment.
- At least 3+ year experience in the field of data management/back office
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Proactive, analytical, and Data oriented
- Great team player with experience in coordinating others
Wage (gross) 2.168 EUR/month
*By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
