Position Title: SAP BOFC/On Key/OSGT Application Operations

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the landscape OS/DB and application operation plus integration of these applications into Citrix. 
  • Provide expert-level guidance on SAP BOFC, Pragma On Key and Thomson Reuters OSGT solutions
  • Lead deployment, technical architecture and optimization for SAP BOFC, Pragma On Key and Thomson Reuters Brazilian Tax solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver data visualization strategies.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP BOFC, On Key and OSGT within customer eco-system
  • Conduct regular technical assessments and recommend performance improvements.
  • Build and optimize reports to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and recommend innovations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP BOFC, On Key and OSGT landscapes.
  • Provide strong technical expertise and leadership in a complex critical environment and related services and projects with contractually established terms and conditions and established technical standards.
  • Provide technical input, solutions, and recommendations to complex business issues as subject matter SAP BOFC, On Key and OSGT expert
  • Frequently contribute to the development of new ideas and methods
  • Act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies
  • Escalation Management: Identify, manage, and lead escalations
  • Participation in the 7x24 on call service
  • Customer Relationship Management: Influence customers businesses on a broad range of technical and operational topics. Being a trusted advisor to the customers businesses. Develop and grow assigned customers businesses account relationships
  • Business development: Strong contribution in account growth plan by being a trusted advisor to the customer for modernization and transformation of the business

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP BOFC, On Key and OSGT technologies in a customer facing role
  • Strong knowledge in Oracle, Postgres SQL databases as well as Operating Systems
  • Very good understanding of application virtualisation solutions e.g. Citrix XenApp
  • Acting as trusted advisor for the customer in all architectural and business aspects for SAP BOFC, On Key and OSGT technologies
  • Strong business mindset  and  participation in account growth plan to support future technologies and applications
  • Proficiency in designing and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Expert in one or more SAP basis technology sub-areas is a plus
  • Strong understanding of related technologies
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Very strong customer service and focus
  • General project management capabilities
  • Experience in solution design and project implementation
  • Ability to influence others and interface with internal partners and external customers
  • Professional time management, dedication goal-oriented work
  • Willing to learn and behave with integrity
  • Be eager to learn new things and be open to support the team/customer in new and unknown technologies

We offer salary from 3000 eur/brutto/month. Salary can be higher depending on experience and skillset
